Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when received.

Items that are damaged, missing parts, or have been altered are not eligible for return or exchange.

Proof of purchase, such as an invoice or order confirmation, is required.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Once your return is approved, ship the item back to us at [Rex City, Gallery No. 3,Satiana Road, Faisalabad]. The return shipping cost will be your responsibility unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon delivery

Provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the return.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be made under the following conditions:

• If the product you received is defective or damaged during shipping.
• If the product is incorrect (wrong model or variant).

To request an exchange, please follow the same procedure as for returns. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement product.
